E-Cu57 F25 corresponds to Chinese T2 pure copper.
Pure Copper is easy to stick to the cutting tool, and is of soft texture. It’s difficult to control the accuracy in processing. because copper is an excellent thermal conductor, it creates more heat than other materials, which increases tool wear over time. During processing, the machining speed cannot be too fast, so that the cutting tool can wear not too fast.

In the process of production and processing, the surface of copper parts often appears oxidation, blackening and discoloration. In order to restore the appearance cleanliness and product quality of the copper parts, we often carry out chemical polishing treatment on it. The finishing methods of degreasing, derusting and chemical polishing can solve the problems of oxidation, blackening and discoloration on the surface of the copper parts. And the surface can obtain high brightness and flatness .
Due to the nature of the copper itself, the surface of the copper parts after chemical polishing is exposed to the air, which is prone to reoxidation, blackening and other surface problems. Therefore, the copper parts after polishing needs to be treated immediately for oxidation prevention.
At present, the anti-oxidation treatment processes of copper include passivation, electroplating, painting, etc. After chemical polishing, the surface of copper parts has a certain brightness, and the oxidation prevention treatment process of copper does not affect its surface brightness.
