SIBAI History
In 2006,the company was established as a trading company in Shenzhen, China. With our professionon mechanics and metal processings, we received orders from customers, and we made the partswith our local partners.
In May, 2012, our company XINYI METAL WORKS (old Name) rent workhouse, bought the 1st CNC Lathe and the 1st CNC machiningcenter, and started the manufacturing of CNC turning and machining. Till the end of 2013, we had 5 CNC Lathes and 5 CNC machining center. There are totally 20 members, and the turnover about 3 million usd a year.
In March, 2014, our company moved the factory from Shenzhen to Dongguan. Company name changed to Dongguan Sibai Metal Works Limited. We rent larger workhouses. From 2014, our company had been developing very fast. We invested a lot every year. We gained a lot of customers and a lot of orders from European customers. We have become more and more professional on the mechanical fabrication fields.
In January 2016, we had 60 members, and the turnover was 6 million usd.
In 2017, in order to fulfill all the customers' demands, we continued to invest too much on machines, inspection devices and other facilities. In this year, our factory passed the investigation of ISO, and got the certificate of ISO 9001: 2015. And we started to run the ERP managing system.
The company management becomes higher efficiency and more scientific.
The company developed very fast. In this year, we invested very much to enhance the capacity. And we upgraded the ERP system for finance and production management. The turnover was about 7.5 million usd.
